The Animal Humane Society says Franklin is “a 6-year-old Scottish Terrier mix. He is very friendly and loves to jump up and lick your face if you give him the chance.
“This little guy was at a shelter in Oklahoma before coming up to Minnesota. He’s excited to make his TV debut.”
